I am a volunteer to help children to go to school.  Every morning I see lots of parents let their children sit in the front passenger seat. It's a great danger that we should try our best to avoid. Here's a tragic story which maybe can help you to realize how dangerous it is.     It was 10 years ago when I worked in Ningbo, Zhejiang.  A young mother picked up her  seven-year-old daughter after school.  She let her sit in the front seat. Talking to each other, they went home happily. A nice evening would begin if there were not the traffic accident.       They were driving behind a black car. It came to an abrupt halt in front of the traffic lights. The young mother had to stop, too. She slammed on the brake pedal. Her daughter's head hit the air vent; not very violently, she only heard a little crisp sound. The air vent didn't bounce out because they are designed for adults, not for children. The pathetic little girl died unluckily.    The place where the accident happened was only 1.5 kilometers away from their home.     The accident could have been prevented. Let that be a lesson to us. Do not let your children sit in the front seat!（王敬涛外语）
